Sweetheart Classic Details

The 2013 Sweetheart Classic will be held at the Dean E. Smith Center at UNC Chapel Hill on February 9th, 2013. Here are a few important reminders:

Registration was due by January 30th, 2013. If you are having any issues with registering, click the link for Regional Dates 2012-2013. There you will find the link to register easily.

Only School teams need to BRING waivers to the event. There is no need to mail them.

Cost is $45/participant and one coach is admitted free, per team.

Spectators are $10/adult and $5/students 17yr-5yr. 4 and under free.

Doors will open at 7:30am and the event will start at 8:30am.

Order of performance: all stars & dance teams, youngest to oldest, a floor change and then school teams. Detailed scheduled will be posted on 2/5 by 10pm.

Coaches will be instructed where to park via email prior to the event. There will be one free vehicle per team, buses not included. Buses will be directed by staff as to where to park after unloading in front of the Smith Center on Skipper Bowles Dr.

Warm ups will be 8 minutes on a 18' x 42' non-spring mat; 4 minutes on a 12' x 60' tumble strip (spring for all stars); 4 minutes on a 54' x 42' non-spring mat.

Current registration is 105 teams.
