Private Camps

Choose your dates, decide what areas of cheerleading you want to work on, and let us make all the staff arrangements. We have maintained a staff to student ratio starting at 1:7, to insure that each squad has adequate time with instructors.

Residential Camps

All Spirit Xpress residential camps offer two formats to give teams the instruction they need to reach their full potential in a setting that is the most comfortable for them. Choose from the all around instruction of a "Power Camp" or the skill based instruction of a "Super Camp" at any of our residential dates. There is something for everyone at a Spirit Xpress residential camp.

All-Star Super Camps

Designed with a competition team in mind! The creative stunts, innovative pyramids, and exciting dance sequences taught are sure to wow the judges. Several tumbling levels taught to cover each campers needs.

Private Choreography Camp

Are you interested in getting a jump on the competition? Why not use the company that has a jump on the industry when it comes to choreography and music!

Residential Choreography Camps

There is a 15 person minimum for camp. Routines choreographed to customized music approved by the coach prior to camp. Limited space available call 800-286-4219 to reserve your space.

Individuals Camp

Individuals interested in improving their personal skills can sign up for this residential camp June 20-22. Come by yourself or with a friend! Camps include tumbling, stunting, cheer and dance rotations.

College Camp

Spirit Xpress is in it's third year of bringing together and training the major colleges in the southeast. Teams attending in the past have included: The University of North Carolina, Christopher Newport University, Wake Forest University, Virginia Commonwealth University and more. Great indoor facilities and equipment to learn all the skills colleges need to focus on to be ready for their season.
